As one of the largest auto parts exhibitions in Asia, Shanghai Automechanika gathers well-known global auto parts enterprises. With the theme of “Craftsmanship Quality · Global Compatibility”, the factory set up a 120-square-meter booth, focusing on displaying more than 20 core components of 8 major brands including Toyota, Caterpillar and Cummins. Among them, the newly developed “Enhanced Construction Machinery Cylinder Head” became the highlight — made of high-strength alloy material, the cylinder wall thickness is increased by 2mm, and the compressive strength is improved by 25%. Specially designed for extreme working conditions, it can meet the high-intensity usage needs of scenarios such as mines and infrastructure construction.

At the exhibition site, the factory’s technical team gave a detailed introduction to the product processing technology and quality control process to the participating merchants through 3D model demonstrations and product disassembly displays. After experiencing the products, a German auto parts distributor said: “The sealing technology and dynamic balance precision of your cylinder heads fully meet the standards of the European market, and we hope to become your exclusive agent in Europe.” In addition, the factory also signed preliminary cooperation agreements with 5 buyers from Southeast Asia and the Middle East, agreeing to conduct on-site inspections of the factory after the exhibition.

The general manager of the factory stated that in the future, the company will continue to increase R&D investment, launch 2-3 innovative products every year, and further enhance the brand’s influence in the industry by participating in well-known domestic and foreign exhibitions, promoting its products to enter a broader global market.
